About

HeadshotAlan Plath: 1 of 40 Certified Master Resume Writers in the world.

I have over 15 years experience in many facets of the human resources arena including recruiting, hiring, and managing varying levels of employees. Throughout my career, I felt compelled to help others. I began full pursuit of this passion through earning my accreditation as a Certified Master Resume Writer by Career Director’s International and as a Certified Professional Resume Writer by the Professional Association of Resume Writers.

Why I Do This

Inspired by my career as a recruiter, I created Advanced Write Resumes to help the people showcase their skill sets. I’ve recognized that although many professionals are experts in their respective fields, they lack the knowledge and skills necessary to build a professional resume.

My career has led me to discover that my ultimate goal is to help others succeed professionally. As the founder of Advanced Write Resumes, I’m dedicated to leveraging my knowledge of the recruitment and hiring process to help my clients achieve their professional success, beginning with building an excellent resume and career document portfolio.

My Concept

I believe the key to success at Advanced Write Resumes is a comprehensive and personalized approach for each of my clients. Therefore, I personally write all resume and job search documents, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the process. My personalized approach allows me to offer services to my clients that are customized to their professional needs.

The Process

First, you will decide on the services that are right for your professional goals from my list of comprehensive services and packages. Following your service selection, you will receive a brief questionnaire that will provide me with additional information regarding your experience and goals. We will then conduct a phone interview to discuss the questionnaire responses, your current resume and job search strategy. Following all information gathering procedures, I will begin the draft of your resume. The first draft of your resume can typically be expected within 7-10 business days.
