It’s my policy to work with you until you are satisfied with your documents.
Advanced Write Resumes’ and Alan Plath’s (moving forward the term “I” will constitute Advanced Write Resumes and Alan Plath) clients have an excellent record of securing new jobs and advancing their careers. With that being said, I offer no guarantee of landing a job or promotion as a result of using my services as the career documents and tools I provide are only a portion of the ingredients needed to achieve these results. I am not be responsible for changing market conditions, job posting changes or a client’s own aggressiveness, attitude and willingness to implement their action plan. Ultimately the client’s success in the job market is solely their responsibility.
By purchasing my services, the client acknowledges that this is a collaborative process and the accuracy of the information that you supply to complete the process is your responsibility. I will not independently verify any information that you provide and will assume that you are being truthful. The client accepts the responsibility of completing the resume questionnaire supplied by Advanced Write Resumes and will return the completed questionnaire within 14 days. This allows for Alan Plath to balance his workload. If returned after the 14 day time frame, the client accepts that Alan Plath will make every attempt to expedite the process but projects already in process will take precedent.
As the client, you are responsible for finalizing your career documents’ completeness and accuracy. I am not liable for any injury or damage caused by omissions, false statements, or inaccuracies. I will work with the client through the document edit phase. Once final approval is given by client, any additional edits will be categorized as a Resume Update service. If the client does not respond within 7 business days of receiving initial or revised document drafts, it will be an indication of final approval.
I will make every attempt to ensure that there are no spelling/grammatical errors or inaccuracies based on the information you supply but it is ultimately your SOLE responsibility to proofread and accept approval of your career documents.
All documents and services purchased must be completed within 6 months of purchase date. Typically turnaround time for initial document drafts is 7-10 business days but if client holds up process by not completing resume preparation work in timely manner, this timeline can be affected.
All sales are final and full payment is due prior to commencing services. If for some reason Advanced Write Resumes and Client agree to exit this agreement after payment is made, client understands that they are responsible for costs associated with administrative, research, and client communication tasks billed at $150.00 per hour. All time spent allocated to project will be calculated in 30 minute increments.
Once payment is received, I will reach out to you via email with the specific follow up work pertaining to your purchase.
I hope that you understand that I only have these terms and conditions because I have to and if you complete the tasks needed to get your career documents completed, they won’t come into play at all.
