What makes your services different from the companies charging $100 for a resume?
I’ll be the first to tell you that I’m not the cheapest out there. You certainly can take your chances with online resume mill-type companies. If you’re paying lower than a few hundred dollars, you’re most likely getting someone to reformat your existing resume rather than a professional writer that will develop your professional brand. I suggest you shop around, call a few places, and find someone you are comfortable with. You’ll find that my rates are very competitive with resume writing firms that offer similarly qualified writers.
Do you guarantee results?
I guarantee your satisfaction with your documents and that your confidence in your job search will be dramatically improved. I can’t guarantee that you’ll get a job because your resume is only the start of your job search. Your effort plays a vital role in your success. I will work with you until you are satisfied with the documents I create for you. In drafting over 2,500 resumes, I have only had a handful of clients that were not satisfied and I’ll be the first person to tell you I’m not a good fit to work with you if that is the case before we start the process?
How long does it take to get a resume?
The typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days after our phone interview. I offer rush services for those that need it for an additional fee. I don’t like to rush projects just for the sake of getting to you faster if it will sacrifice quality.
Why should I hire someone to write my resume?
Just because you got a haircut once doesn’t mean you can cut your own hair, does it? Having someone looking at your career from a different perspective allows the writer to identify your true value to a company. Most clients of mine have a hard time marketing themselves. Personally, if I needed my resume written, I would hire someone to do it even though I live and breathe the career field on a daily basis. This is based on the value of an impartial party providing a different perspective to my career.
